I am Suzanne, a fully qualified, registered and insured Nutritional Therapist. I believe everyone has the right and potential to feel fit and happy. My approach is to identify nutritional needs based on your unique body chemistry and lifestyle, then support you throughout the journey to optimal health and wellbeing.
Many of us are well aware of the benefits that eating a balanced diet has on our physical health, but do you know how it benefits our mental health? More and more research is coming to light on the impact food has on both our overall mental wellbeing, as well as specific mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety.
There are numerous scientific studies showing the clear links between our mental and physical health and the food we eat. When I work with a client, I listen closely to their story and create a programme unique to the individual’s specific need for nutritional support

FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE APPROACH
I work with the principles of Functional Medicine, which assess and address the underlying causes, rather than trying to patch up the symptoms. The most important elements, and the ones I look at first when gathering information, are your lifestyle factors; your diet, sleep, exercise, stress levels, relationships, and genetics.
