Nutritional Therapy Consultation

I help clients to support their mental and physical well-being:

  • Gut issues (such as IBS, IBD)
  • Weight management
  • Food Intolerances
  • Allergies
  • Mental health
  • Women’s nutrition
  • Managing stress
  • Behavioural difficulties (children)
  • Advice if you are on a specific diet (e.g. vegan)

 The Individual fully supported programme

Firstly, I offer a free initial telephone consultation.  If you decide you would like to work with me, we will begin a programme as follows:

  • Initial consultation (face to face or online) which starts with a thorough exploration of your health story, researching your medical history and any given symptoms. (1 to 1/2 hours)
  • Ordering of relevant tests to assist investigation (this is not always necessary)
  • Review of tests if undertaken
  • Health optimisation plan, including shopping lists, recipes and, if needed, recommended supplements
  • Weekly follow-up telephone consultations for the duration of the programme – to review symptoms and offer ongoing support and further recommendations if necessary.
  • Three further consultations are recommended, after one month, two months and three months.          Consultations are either Face-to- Face or online.  Please remember that nutritional therapy is not intended to replace your primary medical practitioner such as your GP or consultant. All data is held securely and any given personal or medical information is treated confidentially.  All children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
